"Sunday clears away the rust of the whole week." - Joseph Addison

I made a startling discovery yesterday. People were alive. On a Sunday. I thought this was forbidden!

And now I love Prague. I arrived yesterday, on a Sunday, and walked around the city. There were many people out and about, eating, strolling, and SHOPPING. Yes, stores were open on Sunday. It felt as I imagine I will feel going to Target on the first Sunday when I get back to the US. It was beautiful.

I walked through Wenceslas Square to Old Town and over the Charles Bridge. I bought myself a $1 hot chocolate on the way (including whipped cream) and meandered through the streets enjoying PEOPLE in the CITY on a SUNDAY.

I love you, Prague. I want to come back every Sunday until August.
