Say no to drugs.

With all of the horrible things going on in the world, it is good to know that some boundaries still stand. Some people are still making an effort to do things right. In a time where drugs are rampant and all too readily available, including prescription drugs, it becomes even more important to prohibit access. For example, you can no longer purchase Sudafed at Target without signing a sheet in order for them to track your total Sudafed purchases. Switzerland has taken this to a whole other level.

You are required to purchase all of your baking soda at the pharmacy. Even though the pharmacy is in the grocery store, you still must check out at the pharmacy cash register.

I, for one, am glad that someone is putting a stop to the baking soda abuse. From cookies to toothpaste to refrigerator deodorizer, one can only imagine what is next.
