Last weekend we went to a very Swissy event : The Versoix Chocolate Festival. We have low standards for entertainment on Sundays, but this far exceeded my highest hopes. You should have seen the samples!!

 

John of course turned it into a beer festival when his selected “festival treat” was chocolate beer. 

 

There were several booths all with each vendor’s chocolate creations, and did I mention the samples? We got to try several different chocolate products, and I didn’t even need a festival treat.

In order to continue the fun, we then took the little chocolate train from the festival back to the town, which ended up being a five minute ride through an industrial office park. Very scenic. 

Oh! And we also got lots of samples.
